Connect is the general circle where all team topics are brought together. Once a week the entire team comes together to discuss and address matters that require attention and improvement in the process. The purpose of Connect is to ensure that all different clusters of the team are aligned with the overall vision of the organization.
BANC, standing for Budget And Numbers Committee, is the organ that makes sure that our incomes and expenses are handled with care and registered properly. The BANC also creates the annual budget, files taxes, and handles everything else related to money. Within our flat structure, everyone within the team is responsible for where our money goes, however, BANC is the first responsible organ to keep everything in check.
